How to Send Mail or Package
Personal mail to inmates should be sent through the US Postal Service. Mail should be written in blue or black ink or pencil and include the sender’s name and return address. Mail may not include polaroid photographs or photographs larger than 4×6”, greeting cards with sound-making devices, glitter, or glue, copies from magazines, newspapers, or books, perfumed paper, or letters written in crayon, colored ink or pencil, marker, or paint. Money orders and cashier’s checks for the inmates’ commissary account may be sent through the mail. Books, magazines, newspapers must be sent directly from an approved publisher. Mail should be addressed in the following way:

Money may be added to inmates’ commissary accounts online at JailATM or in the kiosk of the jail lobby. The kiosk accepts credit cards, debit cards, and cash ($5, 10, 20), but does not provide change. Change cannot be made at the jail lobby window. Money may also be added by calling (870)-627-5476.
