How to Send Mail or Package

Inmates may receive personal mail sent through the U.S. Postal Service and that contains the sender’s name and return address on the envelope. The following are not accepted: cards of any type, polaroid pictures, stickers, perfume, glitter, or other material on envelopes or letters, or images that are violent or suggestive. Mail should be addressed to:

Money may be added to inmates’ commissary accounts online at jailatm.com or using the kiosk in the jail lobby. Cash and credit cards are accepted at the kiosk. The inmate’s name and date of birth are needed for all transactions.

Visitation Hours

Video visitation is currently used for all inmates. Each inmate may be visited twice a week for 20-minutes per visit. Visits should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance by calling (866) 340-7879. The scheduling visitor’s driver’s license number is required, as are the names of all additional visitors (including children). Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors should arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled visit to sign in and show their ID at the front desk.
