How to Send Mail or Package

Personal mail to inmates is copied and delivered between 2pm and 10pm Monday through Saturday. All mail should be sent through the US Postal Service and requires a complete and legible return address. Photographs, greeting cards, postcards, mail decorated with stickers, glitter or perfume, books and magazines, and packages are not accepted. Mail should be addressed to:

Money may be added to an inmate’s account in several ways. A kiosk in the jail lobby accepts credit/debit cards and cash. Funds may be added using a credit/debit card online at TouchPayDirect.
