How to Send Mail or Package
Personal mail to inmates of the Floyd County jail is scanned by Securus Technologies and then sent to inmates electronically. Mail sent directly to the jail from a different third party is not accepted. Personal mail may not include newspaper or magazine material, books, lewd or graphic materials, or anything else that might be considered contraband. Personal mail should be addressed to:

Money may be added to inmates’ accounts in several ways. Cash is accepted in the jail lobby during normal operating hours. A 24/7 kiosk in the lobby accepts cash and cards. The kiosk charges a transaction fee. Cards may be used to deposit money into inmates’ accounts online at the website of Tiger Accounting. There is a service fee for this method.
