The Chain O’Lakes Reentry Center opened in Indiana in 1967. The Indiana Department of Corrections (DOC) runs the Chain O’Lakes Correctional Facility. The facility offers educational and treatment programs to help offenders reenter society. The facility also has work crews that work throughout northeast Indiana.

Visitation Hours:
Inmates are permitted two evening visits per week, which can take place after 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on weekends.
Cell phones are not permitted in the visiting area, and every visitor is subject to being searched before their visit. Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Visitors will be asked about health symptoms and may not be eligible to visit if suspected of having a contagious disease. All visitors must present a valid, government issued ID in order to visit an inmate.
