Visitation Hours:
The visiting hours for the general population at the New Castle Correctional facility are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
Visitors can schedule an online visit by registering at https://idoc.gtlvisitme.com. Cell phones are not permitted in the visiting area at the New Castle Correctional Facility. Every visitor will have their person searched before their visit. Visitors that are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All visitors must present a valid, government issued ID card to be permitted to visit an inmate. Visits can only last a maximum of two hours. If the visiting room is at capacity, the visit may be cut short to accommodate all visitors.
