The Clinton County Jail is located in Frankfort, Indiana. The Jail Commander is Natasha Douglass. Chase Miller is the Assistant Jail Commander and Kait Baker is the Corporal.

The Sheriff’s Office hosts the jail’s inmate roster online. Inmate’s full names and dates of birth are provided, but no other information or mugshot is available. Indiana jail rosters may also be searched online at VineLink, which provides inmates’ names, dates of birth, demographic information, booking, bond, and charge details, arresting agency and location, and mugshots, when available.

How to Send Money

Cash, credit cards, money orders and cashier’s checks may be used to add money to an inmate’s commissary account. Money orders and cashier’s checks must be mailed to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office. Torn, ripped, or improperly completed money orders will not be accepted. The kiosk in the jail lobby accepts cash and cards 24 hours a day.

Visitation Hours

Inmate visits are provided on a first come, first served basis on weekends (except some maximum security inmates–see list below). Inmates may have up to three visitors per weekend, including children and babies. Visitors must be on an inmate’s visitation list and can call (765)659-6396 to inquire about being added. Visitors are required to report to the Central Control Officer at least ten (10) minutes in advance of the visit. No cell phones, electronic devices, jackets, coats, strollers, baby seats or any other items are not allowed in the visitation area and visitors are responsible for securing their belongings before entering the visitation area. Visits are scheduled by inmate’s housing assignment, as listed below. For information about an inmate’s housing assignment, call (765)659-6396.

Clinton County Sheriff Information

The Clinton County Sheriff’s Office operates the local jail. The current Sheriff is Richard Kelly and Shawn Mayfield is the Chief Deputy. The office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am-4:30pm, with a lunch break from 12-1pm.
