The Correctional Industrial Facility opened in Indiana in 1984. The Indiana Department of Corrections (DOC) runs the Correctional Industrial Facility. The facility offers educational programming and work and vocational training opportunities, a brake shop where inmates can acquire the skills to install brake pads.

Visitation Hours:

Inmates are allowed to receive visitors from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. six days per week.

Cell phones are not permitted in the visiting area, and every visitor will be searched before their visit. Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All visitors must present a valid, government issued identification card to be permitted to visit an inmate. There is a two hour time limit on visitation. If the visiting room is at capacity, the visit may be cut short to accommodate all visitors.

Deposits: To send money online using a debit or credit card, users can access the website https://web.connectnetwork.com/. Individuals can look up the inmate they would like to send money to and complete the transaction on the website. Deposits can also be made over the phone and users must provide the appropriate account number, facility, inmate, and payment information. Individuals may call toll-free to make a deposit: AdvancePay: 800-483-8314, PIN Debit: 855-706-2445, or Trust: 888-988-4768. To make a deposit in-person, individuals may use the kiosk in the visitation lobby of the facility using cash, credit, or debit card.

Inmate searches are conducted by inputting the inmate’s name or DOC number. The inmate’s profile provides biographical information like the inmate’s date of birth, gender, and race. The webpage also displays the facility the inmate is housed in, their earliest release date, and their expected release date. The inmate’s charges, term length and county of conviction are displayed under the sentence information section of their profile.
